USO is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruiting strategy, align hiring priorities with organizational goals, and ensure consistent, compliant processes across international operations.

You will oversee the recruiting team for senior‑level roles, partner with executives on workforce planning, manage SOFA and military‑related requirements, strengthen the employment brand, and report on time‑to‑fill, cost of hire, and other KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience in a Global Talent Acquisition leadership role, including 5+ years supervisory.
• Experience with SOFA, USFK regulations, and international/military hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse, global recruiting team.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and implementation of global talent acquisition strategy aligned with goals.
• Oversee recruitment for senior-level roles and international hiring activities.
• Partner with regional leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain the USO employment brand and metrics reporting.
• Manage recruitment budget and relationships with vendors and search firms.
