Zusammenfassung

Montage International is seeking a Corporate Director Safety & Security to oversee the operations of Safety & Security across the portfolio. The CDSS will guide incident prevention, risk assessment and physical security, including reporting, audits and training.

The role reports to the SVP, Corporate Insurance & Risk Management and requires strategic leadership, collaboration with hotels, and the ability to travel extensively to support security initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive relevant work experience in Hospitality Security, Risk Management and Safety.
• Certified Lodging Security Director and multi-site experience preferred.
• OSHA/CPR/AED/First Aid certifications preferred.
• CPP/PSP certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develops a companywide safety and security global strategy.
• Directs safety and security protocols for multiple hotels across locations.
• Oversee safety and accident prevention programs and workplace safety initiatives.
• Advise senior managers on safety training programs (OSHA, fire, security).
• Manage Workers’ Compensation and General Liability claim reduction efforts.
• Review incident reports and ensure timely investigations and liability assessment.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and TPAs on claims reporting.
