You will own electronic systems from ideation through design, testing, and mass production, leading a team of engineers and collaborating with cross-functional groups to deliver safe, reliable hardware.

The role requires hands-on prototyping, strong problem-solving, and a track record of shipping electronics in production environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in electronics development.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and Arena PLM.
• Design, prototype, and debug PCB/PCBAs and coordinate with manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect high-level electronics systems and drive PCBA development.
• Serve as technical lead and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategy.
• Develop test plans and validation methods for electronics hardware.
• Drive EMI/EMC/DFM/DFX excellence and supplier management.
