Job summary

Global Search Network in Idaho seeks an executive leader for our manufacturing and process technologies portfolio. This role directs capital investments, facility expansions, and advanced automation across the network to secure scalable, safe, high-throughput operations.

You will fuse sanitary design, controls architecture, and process optimization with strong governance, capex budgeting, and risk management to drive competitive performance across our global footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Process Technologies, with focus on Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods.
• 5+ years of managerial experience over multiple engineering functions.
• Project Management certification (PMP).

Responsibilities

• CapEx Portfolio Direction: own capital expenditure roadmaps, translating network capacity requirements into scalable, phased engineering execution plans from concept to final commissioning.
• Smart Factory & Process Innovation: integrate automation, high-speed line controls, and industrial IoT monitoring to maximize throughput, yield, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
• Project Governance: oversee end-to-end project performance, governing critical path scheduling, resource allocation, contractor compliance, and budget adherence.
• Sanitary Design & Engineering Standards: direct the development of master engineering packages, ensuring equipment specs, layouts, and utility tie-ins meet hygienic design principles.
• Regulatory Compliance & Risk Control: enforce adherence to environmental and safety regulations and risk benchmarks for high-risk food manufacturing environments.
