Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive engineering leadership in manufacturing.
- Experience in shooting sports, firearms, or precision manufacturing.
- Proven success leading NPI from concept to production launch.
- Experience developing manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and production systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Engineering organization (Development & Production).
- Set engineering strategy aligned with product roadmap and growth.
- Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure DFM leadership and successful transition from development to production.
- Manage budgets, resources, and technology investments.
