Job summary

Eightfold AI is seeking a Director to lead a global Customer Engineering, Product Solutions, and Support team. You will own end-to-end delivery for large enterprise accounts, partner with executive stakeholders, and drive adoption of Eightfold's AI-powered Talent Intelligence Platform.

A player-coach with deep API/integration skills and HR tech experience is essential. The role requires 10–15+ years in enterprise SaaS and 5+ years in leadership, plus a strong track record delivering complex

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in enterprise SaaS, product implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• 5+ years in leadership roles, managing and scaling high-performing teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex global enterprise implementations with measurable customer impact.
• Player-coach mindset with strong technical depth in APIs, integrations, data systems (SQL, JSON, XML), and scripting (Python).
• Experience with HR tech ecosystems (ATS, HRIS, Talent platforms) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence, with ability to influence at C-level.
• Background in top-tier consulting firms or enterprise transformation programs is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for Customer Engineering, Product Solutions and Support functions and scale the team.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for large enterprise accounts including implementations and optimization.
• Partner with senior stakeholders as trusted advisor to drive adoption and value realization.
• Lead executive-level escalations and ensure governance across complex deployments.
• Set standards for architecture, integration strategy, and design across ATS, HRIS and ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align on roadmap and priorities.
• Drive delivery rigor, metrics, capacity planning, and scalable processes.
