Job summary

Eightfold is seeking a results-driven Product Manager to shape roadmaps for apps built on the Eightfold platform. You will partner with leadership, engineering, and product teams to translate customer needs into strategic plans and deliver impactful SaaS capabilities.

You will collaborate with developer partners and customers, champion ownership and learning, and drive alignment across executive leadership, marketing, and sales while advancing Eightfold’s mission to transform hiring and talent

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in Product Management
• Bias to action and rapid learning
• Passion for Eightfold's vision
• Technical knowledge of enterprise SaaS products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer and market feedback understanding

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute roadmaps for apps built on the Eightfold platform
• Collaborate with developer partners and customers to address needs with strategic product plans
• Foster ownership, learning, transparency and integrity
• Partner with leadership, product design, marketing, customer success and sales to drive vision
• Analyze market landscape to differentiate products in the market
• Integrate Eightfold core strengths into product offerings
• Track industry trends and adapt product strategy
• Develop and present strategic insights about products, market and adoption
