You will shape Ripple's narrative for enterprise buyers, partners, policymakers, and the market, building systems, teams, and content engines to enable scalable storytelling.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in content marketing, editorial, or content strategy in B2B technology or fintech.
• 8+ years building and managing teams, including managing managers.
• Proven ability to lead content strategy at scale across a global organization.
• Strong editorial standards across distributed teams.
• Fluent with how AI reshapes content production and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale Ripple's global content strategy with editorial standards and calendar.
• Lead writers, social strategists, and multimedia producers; manage managers.
• Direct content prioritization across the company; foster innovative thinking.
• Partner with Communications for executive thought leadership and announcements.
• Create narratives translating complex product details for buyers and partners.
• Build a multimedia production engine for video and social content.
• Own customer and partner evidence library with case studies.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing on demand-gen content and campaigns.
• Coach teams to balance central storytelling with regional needs.
• Champion AI-native workflows to improve efficiency.
• Measure impact and present to Leadership on content influence.
