Job summary

Blend360 seeks a Director of AI & Generative Solutions to lead strategic GenAI initiatives for diverse clients, from planning through production. You will architect cutting‑edge AI systems, guide pilots, and deliver scalable, high‑impact AI deployments across industries.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive technical scoping, and contribute to IP development while mentoring teams in GenAI technologies, model deployment, and Go‑to‑Market strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture or equivalent.
• Deep GenAI expertise including LLMs, prompts, RAG, and deployment strategies.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to shape AI roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of GenAI solutions for client engagements.
• Advise clients on AI strategy, pilots, and production deployments.
• Guide technical teams across data scientists and ML engineers.
