Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership in a public company.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger close processes.
• Oversee reconciliation processes and balance sheet items.
• Manage general ledger accounting team performance and development.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, Tax, and FP&A.
• Support SEC filings and external reporting.
• Ensure SOX controls and internal controls are maintained.
• Drive process improvements and ERP/system optimization.
