Qualifications
- Experience leading quotations and projects in lighting/electrical industries.
- Strong RFQ, procurement and scheduling knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide visibility for all quotes and customer requests.
- Ensure accurate, competitive project quotations.
- Coordinate bid lists and updates on open projects.
- Streamline quotation processes for consistency.
- Manage design/RFQ to procurement, shipping, and warranty.
- Foster collaboration between sales, branches, and customers.
- Maintain schedules and close sales cycles timely.
- Lead Quotations Specialists and Project Managers.
- Monitor performance and drive process improvements.
- Oversee branch lighting/gear opportunities with stock rotation.
