• Oversee donor portfolios, major gifts, grants, sponsorships, and stewardship.
• Ensure accurate donor records, gift processing, reporting, and CRM management.
• Improve fundraising systems for efficiency, accountability, and growth.
• Provide leadership for fundraising events, including galas and donor experiences.
• Build relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community stakeholders.
• Represent MCHS at events and donor meetings.
