Job summary

J&J Global Fulfilment in Columbus, Ohio seeks an exceptional operations leader to transform and scale our ecommerce fulfilment operation for national growth. You will lead two Columbus centers, own the P&L, and build the standards, systems and leadership needed for sustained expansion.

This hands-on transformation role requires visibility on the floor and in strategic planning, balancing day-to-day execution with building the capabilities for tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and transform large fulfillment operations.
• Experience in high-volume ecommerce logistics and warehouse environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose operational constraints and deliver a transformation roadmap.
• Oversee two Columbus fulfillment centers and manage end-to-end SLA delivery.
• Implement consistent management routines, KPIs, labor planning, and controls.
• Own the operational P&L and drive year-on-year margin improvements.
• Scale processes, technology and organization to support growth.
• Champion Lean/Kaizen to eliminate waste and enable automation.
• Lead capacity planning, inventory optimization, and new center launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success and Finance to support growth.
