Job summary

Jobtailor in Boston seeks a senior delivery and fulfillment leader to own strategies and day-to-day operations of the fulfillment engine, driving partnerships and performance across enterprise customers. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery programs, data quality, and network efficiency while steering strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

7–10 years of relevant delivery, logistics, or fulfillment operations experience.
Proven expertise in managing complex partner networks.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Proven data analytics skills and ability to translate data into strategic action.
Experience mapping and innovating operational processes.
Bias toward automation, efficiency, and scalable systems.
Track record of leveraging cross-functional stakeholders to manage and execute high-impact projects.
Comfortable working with Product & Engineering to shape platform capabilities and data integrations.
Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence at the C-suite level.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks and events.

Responsibilities

Own strategies and day-to-day operations for the fulfillment engine.
Report to the VP of Delivery & Fulfillment.
Manage the full lifecycle of dispatch and self-delivery provider partnerships.
Drive partner performance through accountability frameworks and incentives.
Balance and diversify fulfillment capacity against demand and close coverage gaps.
Negotiate commercial agreements with regional and national delivery organizations.
Ensure data quality and uptime across delivery integrations.
Develop customer-facing delivery programs for Meal Program, Concierge, Corporate Accounts, and Channel Partners.
Build scalable delivery solutions for high-touch and enterprise customers.
Evaluate fulfillment data and develop monitoring frameworks, workflows, and insights.
Develop and test hypotheses and experiments to improve network performance.
Assess data quality gaps and guide integration of new data sources.
Improve intelligence infrastructure through driver feedback loops, photo AI, package counts, and equipment availability signals.
Set overall delivery strategy based on industry trends.
Establish transparent success criteria for partners.
Lead analysis and project management to optimize delivery experience and unit economics.
Measure strategy impact and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Customer & Restaurant Operations, Product & Engineering, Customer Service, and Growth teams.
Inspire and lead the team.
