Job summary

Osmo, a digital olfaction company based in Elizabeth, NJ, is seeking a Director of Fragrance Evaluation. The role leads the fragrance evaluation function for fine fragrance, home fragrance, and candles, with responsibility for scent selection and consumer insights.

The director will guide development from brief to final submission, mentor junior evaluators, and collaborate with perfumers, marketing, and trend teams, including AI-driven tooling in fragrance work. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Strong fine-fragrance expertise with knowledge of candles and home fragrance.
• Experience mentoring junior evaluators and guiding perfumers.
• Ability to communicate scent decisions to creative and commercial teams.
• Proven leadership in fragrance evaluation across product categories.
• Willingness to work in Elizabeth, NJ in a full-time role.
