TalentBridge is partnering with a well-established organization in Charlotte, NC, to recruit a hands-on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This leadership role oversees budgeting, rolling forecasts, reporting, and strategic analysis to drive financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modeling skills, experience leading analysts, and a track record of leveraging automation, BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, and ERP platforms to improve planning processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• 7-10+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to build complex models from scratch.
• Experience mentoring financial analysts with hands-on leadership.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems, FP platforms, and BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range FP&A planning with business leaders.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models including driver-based forecasts and ROI evaluations.
• Oversee monthly reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, expenses, and key drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights for decisions.
• Drive forecasting and reporting improvements through automation and analytics.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance Systems to enhance data integrity and reporting capabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop financial analysts.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field

MBA, CPA, CFA or other advanced credentials preferred
