Church Pension Group in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Director Finance to lead FP&A for G&A and provide strategic financial oversight. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and management reporting while partnering with cost centers and senior leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, 10+ years in FP&A, and prefer experience in insurance, retirement benefits, or publishing. Hybrid work and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience in insurance, retirement benefits, or publishing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Leads financial management related to G&A expenses, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manages cost allocations and proposes guidance on financial metrics with leadership.
• Supports Finance Committee materials and standard reporting templates.
• Partners with Cost Center Managers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Drives automation in financial reporting and standardizes processes.
