Church Pension Group, a financial services organization serving the Episcopal Church, is seeking a VP Finance Officer in New York. The role leads capital planning, liquidity management, and financial governance to maximize enterprise value and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Actuarial, FP&A, and Accounting teams to translate strategy into robust financial analysis for executive management and the Board. The position is hybrid, with on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance with capital management, regulatory reporting, or treasury.
• 3+ years managerial experience required.
• CPA required

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital framework, capital adequacy, and stress testing.
• Monitor liquidity and capital forecasting.
• Provide financial oversight of reserves and reinsurance.
• Support regulatory capital, liquidity, and reporting.
• Collaborate on integrated financial insights for Board.
• Ensure GAAP vs statutory reporting alignment.
