Responsibilities

• Leads budgeting, forecasting and monitoring and reporting of G&A expenses.
• Manages the execution and analysis of cost allocations.
• Proposes annual guidance on metrics for G&A expenses with Cost Center Managers.
• Drives continuous improvement in management reporting using BI tools.
• Prepares and maintains standard reporting templates for CFO/Finance Committee on G&A.
• Supports budget reviews to ensure consistency across business lines.
• Collaborates with Cost Center Managers to partner with the Finance team.
• Troubleshoots issues to timely information delivery with Financial Analysis.
• Ensures quality and timely deliverables with the Financial Analysis team.
• Leads ad hoc analyses and standardizes financial processes with SVP Finance.
