We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy and execution as the business enters it's next phase of growth. This role is perfect for someone with a strong accounting foundation (CPA) and deep FP&A experience in high-growth startups. You'll partner directly with the CEO across the company, driving insights, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.

This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and a clear path to executive leadership for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A function, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
• Partner with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Establish and optimise financial processes and systems that support scale, speed, and transparency.
• Deliver actionable insights and reporting to internal stakeholders and investors.
• Own KPI development, tracking, and dashboard creation across departments (Product, Operations, Marketing, etc.).
• Provide financial diligence and integration support for potential M&A or fundraising activities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team as the company grows.

Requirements:

• CPA certification or strong practical accounting background.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3+ years leading FP&A in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Deep understanding of financial statements, SaaS/digital health metrics, and startup unit economics.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable financial models and implement reporting tools.
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup.
• Driven by impact and personal career growth, you’re ready to take on more responsibility as the business scales.

This is a remote position that requires the candidate to be based on East Coast time zone.
