Job summary

Love Justice International is seeking a Director of Foundation Relationships to lead foundation fundraising efforts. The role emphasizes cultivating private and public funders, and crafting compelling grant proposals in collaboration with program teams.

You will manage grants, ensure timely reporting, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments, reporting to the VP of Advancement; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Proven track record in foundation fundraising and relationship-building.
• Excellent grant writing and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Foundation relationship building with private and public funders.
• Develop compelling grant proposals in collaboration with program teams.
• Oversee grant management, reporting, and compliance.
• Engage stakeholders and align programs with foundation expectations.
• Manage annual foundation fundraising budget with target setting.
