Hotel Equities is seeking a dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to lead operations across our hotel portfolio in the United States. You will drive guest satisfaction, set service standards, and manage performance through coaching and data-driven decision making.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A hospitality background and supervisory experience are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred for director-level roles.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience appropriate to the position.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred for management roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound operational decisions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and direction for assigned hotel operations and associates.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance, productivity, and service standards.
• Coach, train, develop, and recognize associates to support engagement and retention.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and take appropriate action to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with Hotel Equities standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
• Respond effectively to guest concerns and support a consistent service-recovery culture.
• Manage schedules, staffing, supplies, and departmental resources as appropriate.
• Review reports, trends, and key performance information to support sound decisions.
• Communicate effectively with hotel leadership and other departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
