Job Description

Position: Director of Food and Beverage at Treesdale Golf & Country Club | Premier Golf in Gibsonia, PA

Invited, established in 1957, is a leading operator of private clubs nationwide, offering top-tier amenities and fostering relationships. We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee daily club operations, uphold excellence, and promote a People First Culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and revenue plans for food and beverage.
• Manage department operations, budgets, and expenditures.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary, and compliant environment.
• Collaborate with member committees on events and activities.
• Train, evaluate, and develop staff in an inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in club management or related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (preferred).
• Level 1 Sommelier Certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with POS, Microsoft Office, and social media.
