Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage consolidated reporting across multiple entities.
• Lead the implementation and buildout of a budget planning and real-time insights tool like Adaptive.
• Create scalable reporting dashboards (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
• Develop 3-statement models, forecasting tools, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across teams.
• Prepare polished outputs for board meetings and strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in FP&A systems and financial systems integration.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and reporting.
• Proven ability to professionalize and automate reporting processes.
• Advanced dashboarding and modeling skills (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent communicator comfortable with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with or exposure to FP&A tools beyond Excel.
• Deep understanding of 3-statement financial modeling.

Remote-Friendly: Preference for candidates near Maryland.
