Base pay range

$165,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Director or Sr. Director of FP&A

Remote

$165,000- $185,000 + Bonus

Our client is looking for a strategic and analytical Director, FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis efforts at a fast-paced B2B marketing company. This role will be a key partner to leadership, providing insights that drive smarter decisions across revenue streams, content operations, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers across departments
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Editorial teams to deliver actionable insights
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models and dashboards
• Develop KPIs to measure profitability, CAC, LTV, and content ROI
• Prepare materials for executive leadership and board reporting

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or strategic finance
• SFDC and Netsuite experience with BI tools a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proven ability to distill complex data into clear business insights

This is a high-impact role where you will be a team of 2, working cross-functionally with Accounting and GTM groups within the organization.
