Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; minimum three years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to financial aid.
• Ability to interpret complex regulations to develop policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Financial Aid Offices.
• Oversee Ellucian Banner modules and self-serve systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional programs.
• Provide oversight of VA education benefits administration.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize processes.
