Responsibilities
Supervise Financial Aid Counselors and manage caseloads.

Lead outreach campaigns for FAFSA completion.
Supervise staff in reconciling FAFSA data and compliance.
Interpret and communicate complex financial aid regulations.
Represent the office at institutional events and provide training.
