Qualifications

Licensed School Business Administrator.
Master's degree or higher is preferred.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of procurement, auditing procedures, and school finance laws.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor the district budget with the Superintendent.
Reconcile accounts with Principals and fund managers for expenditure control.
Develop and oversee procedures to allocate budgeted funds and forecast expenditures.
Coordinate capital expenditure projects.
Provide the Superintendent and School Committee with clear fiscal reporting on actual vs. budget and cash flow.
Oversee accounts payable and payroll and supervise business staff.
Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contracts.
Collaborate with Town finance staff to align fiscal practices.
