Job summary

The role partners with senior leadership to ensure programs achieve targeted financial and operational outcomes. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, executive reporting, and driving synergies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or business finance experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and complex projects.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Experience presenting financial recommendations and business cases to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and governance for business integration programs and transformation initiatives.
• Establish integration budgets, forecasts, reporting structures, and financial performance metrics.
• Evaluate financial impacts of process changes, redesigns, system implementations, and business transitions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
