Job summary

GLC Group is seeking a Director of Finance for its Boca Raton area real estate operations. This hands-on leadership role will own property accounting, financial reporting, and investor communications while building and mentoring a strong finance team.

You will partner with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring robust controls and compliant reporting. CPA is highly preferred and CRE systems like Yardi are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive finance/accounting experience.
• Leadership and development of accounting/finance teams.
• Strong property accounting and real estate financial reporting knowledge.
• CPA highly preferred; Yardi or CRE systems experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
