Job summary

Collibra seeks a Director of Security Assurance & Trust in Prague to bridge field teams and customers, shaping security initiatives with sales, product, and engineering. You will be the public-facing security leader representing Collibra’s posture and roadmap.

You will advise senior stakeholders, craft secure customer solutions, and drive scalable security programs across the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of information security, field security, or customer-facing technical leadership experience.
• Proven track record of consulting with senior leadership and enterprise customers on security concerns.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, EU AI Act, DORA, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience establishing organizational standards and managing complex projects in a fast-changing environment.
• Deep understanding of multiple security perspectives including business cases, infrastructure, and information assurance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisor to Sales combining cybersecurity expertise with ability to engage customers, prospects, and regulators.
• Articulate and own the security narrative to help drive sales.
• Customer-facing security leader representing Collibra's security posture, roadmap and philosophy.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to translate customer requirements and regulations into clear security objectives.
• Analyze customer needs to allocate Field Security resources effectively.
• Lead and implement complex project plans to ensure critical outcomes are met.
• Continuously evaluate the security organization’s structures and controls for scalability and resilience.
• Engage stakeholders to guide security analysis, planning, and evolution.
