Job summary

Collibra is seeking a Director of Security Assurance & Trust in Raleigh in a hybrid role. You will lead security initiatives that bridge Field teams and customers, engaging Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver value and build trust.

You will represent Collibra's security posture to customers and regulators with clarity and confidence. You will drive a scalable security program, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure security objectives align with business goals and customer

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in information security or customer-facing technical leadership.
• Experience consulting with senior leadership and enterprise customers on security concerns.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, EU AI Act, and DORA.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisor to Sales combining cybersecurity expertise with external engagement.
• Public-facing security leader representing Collibra's security posture, roadmap and philosophy.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to translate customer requirements into security objectives.
• Allocate Field Security resources by analyzing customer needs and product/technical implications.
• Develop and execute complex project plans to achieve critical security outcomes.
• Evolve the security organization to be scalable, resilient, and effective.
