Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience at an operations leadership level, preferably in construction or telecommunications.
• Proven experience managing large field teams across multiple locations.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain, finance, HR, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance for all construction operations and project management.
• Develop and implement effective construction management strategies and operational policies.
• Monitor budgets and manage job costing to maximize profitability.
• Oversee the construction backlog and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Integrate and enforce safety practices and quality standards across operations.
• Collaborate with HR to hire, mentor, and train personnel for high performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure subcontractors meet compliance and quality standards.
• Build and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships for long-term collaboration.
