Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership roles in construction/telecommunications.
• Proven experience managing large field teams and multiple departments/locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for construction operations, project management, design & engineering, and field crews.
• Develop and implement construction management strategies and best practices.
• Monitor budgets, job costing, and resource allocation for profitability.
• Oversee backlog and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Enforce safety practices and quality standards per OSHA and regulations.
• Hire, mentor, and train personnel; foster a people-first culture.
• Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor compliance and quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
