The Toledo Mud Hens are seeking a Director of Events, Promotions & Fan Experience to lead the strategy and execution of fan-facing experiences across the organization. This role unites promotions, game presentation, entertainment, guest experience, and event readiness to create memorable experiences and build fans for life.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in live events or related field.
• 5+ years of people management.
• Experience with budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead across departments.

Responsibilities

• Set vision for fan experiences across games, events, and community programs.
• Develop and coach managers and coordinators.
• Lead promotions, theme-night strategy and giveaways.
• Oversee game presentation including scripts, music, and talent.
• Ensure event readiness with staffing, timelines, contingencies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, Security, Marketing, and others.
• Evaluate ideas using fan needs, feasibility, cost, and results.
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
