Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Concession Lead for the Toledo Mud Hens games in Toledo, OH. This on-call role supports event operations, ensuring stands are prepared, fully stocked and stocked before service, requisitioning products as needed and verifying inventories throughout the event.

You will supervise nonprofit group members, train on service techniques, prepare and serve items to recipe standards, participate in setup, and perform post‑event cleanup, all while delivering

• Customer oriented
• Previous food service supervisory experience preferred
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure concession stands are prepared and fully stocked prior to service
• Requisition additional product as needed throughout the event
• Validate beginning and ending inventory counts
• Supervise nonprofit organization group members; train on proper service techniques
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items in correct proportions; follow established procedures, standards and recipes
• Participate in set up of stand and food to be served at concession stand
• Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area
• Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
