Job summary

Key responsibilities include directing building, grounds, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, and controlling the plant budget.

Qualifications

• Four years' experience in facilities/construction/business management with budgeting and directing major repairs/remodels; and directing contractors.
• Experience supervising operations and/or maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Directing building, grounds, mechanical, electrical, and utility systems maintenance.
• Supervising the waterworks system and multiple emergency power generators.
• Planning and managing major repairs, remodeling and new construction activities.
• Interviewing and managing maintenance, electrical, and engineering staff.
• Projecting future operational costs and approving expenditures.
• Directing sustainability, energy, fuel, and water conservation programs.
