Job summary

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Minnesota as a First Class C Boiler Operator or higher.
• Or Second Class C Boiler Operator with provisional eligibility for First Class.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled repairs on HVAC, power equipment, refrigeration, and food service systems.
• Manage the energy management system and execute quarterly preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain precise unit logs and mechanical room records for all assigned buildings.
• Assist subcontractors and other trades as needed; adapt to new facility systems.
