Gila County Community College seeks a Director of Facility Management to lead a team in providing a safe, clean, and compliant environment for staff and the public. You will set strategic goals, manage capital projects, and oversee budget, safety, and environmental programs.

You will coordinate with county leadership and boards, supervise staff, and drive multi-site facilities operations including maintenance, repairs, and capital planning to support educational objectives and community use.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly assigns work to staff and supervises activities.
• Leads county capital construction programs and multi-project delivery.
• Determines strategic goals and operational priorities for facilities and land assets.
• Negotiates and administers contracts for capital projects and services.
• Prepares and presents annual budgets and 5-year outlooks.
• Interacts with Board and county leadership to identify facility needs and priorities.
