Job summary

Pueblo City-County Library District seeks a Director of Facilities, Safety & Library Support to lead facilities operations across PCCLD sites. You will plan projects, manage budgets, supervise staff and coordinate with contractors to keep buildings safe and compliant.

The role emphasizes safety, accessibility, and high customer service in a public library setting. With extensive responsibilities in maintenance, sustainability, and capital planning, you will work closely with the Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, safety, HVAC, and building codes.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities and vendor contracts.

Responsibilities

• Plans, budgets and oversees PCCLD facilities and grounds projects.
• Coordinates contracts, bids and vendor management for services.
• Develops department procedures and monthly operational reports.
• Ensures ADA, OSHA, and building code compliance and safety.
• Supervises staff and maintains a safe library environment.
