Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance leadership experience.

• Supervise preventive maintenance tasks, repairs, and unplanned projects across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, emergency preparedness, and OSHA training requirements.
