Must live in or relocate to Las Vegas with office presence; travel 25-40%. You will mentor 19+ facility coaches and technicians, drive cost‑effective strategies, manage vendors, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in multi-unit restaurant or retail environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site teams and vendors.
• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment.
• HVAC/Refrigeration certification or equivalent technical training required.
• Experience with maintenance management systems (e.g., ServiceChannel, Corrigo, EkoTrak).
• Strong skills in strategic planning, R&M cost management, and vendor negotiation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR screening.
• Willing and able to travel 25–40%.

• Oversee maintenance for 200+ restaurant locations, balancing in-house and outsourced models.
• Drive cost‑effective, efficient R&M operations and strategies.
• Analyze data to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical, state, and federal codes.
• Foster a positive, growth‑oriented culture across all teams.
