Majestic Care of New Haven is seeking a Maintenance Director to supervise the maintenance department and ensure efficient function of physical plant and environmental systems, while maintaining the appearance and upkeep of the grounds.

You will lead repair scheduling, supervise maintenance staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role emphasizes empathy, professional conduct, and high-quality resident services.

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade schooling preferred.
• Three years of building maintenance experience; one year supervisory preferred.
• Proficient with standard computer software and building management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and oversee maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor Life Safety and maintenance via TELS system and respond to repairs.
• Direct preventive maintenance programs and ensure compliance with state/federal guidelines.
