WinnCompanies is seeking a hands-on Director of Facilities III to lead maintenance at Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes, a 3,985-unit military housing site in Fort Drum, NY. You will provide leadership to ensure maintenance standards are met and sustained, oversee maintenance personnel, and coordinate capital projects and reserves with senior management.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance operations.
Work with site leadership on accountability and goals.
Ensure policies and reporting requirements are communicated and followed.

Attend Incident Review Boards and implement best practices.
Generate the Project Budget and Business Plan for maintenance and capital projects.
Provide budget forecasting support with Maintenance Managers.
Review financial statements and discuss corrective actions with DPM and senior management.
Participate in recruitment and compensation adjustments for maintenance staff.
Coordinate contracts for capital projects and ongoing maintenance.
