Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Ability to provide basic tools and equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a close relationship to technicians, subcontractors, and coordinators to support service and COM requirements.
• Adjust technician schedules to complete work requests on time.
• Develop and support technicians.
• Coordinate technician training, inventory, and meetings.
• Perform Quality Control checks for service requests and COM processes.
