Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a Maintenance Director for a healthcare facility in Homestead, Florida. You will plan, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include implementing policies, coordinating with other departments, supervising staff, and managing budgets while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school education or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance/plant.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the Maintenance Department.
• Develop and maintain maintenance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate services with other departments and vendors.
• Ensure safety programs and use of protective equipment.
• Maintain MSDS documentation and proper chemical labeling.
• Prepare department budget and maintain records.
• Conduct regular rounds and ensure preventive maintenance.
