Job summary

Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch seeks an experienced facilities and operations leader to oversee campus maintenance, fleet services, and transportation operations. You will direct preventive and corrective maintenance across buildings, utilities, vehicles, and equipment, while managing capital projects from planning through warranty closure.

Strong supervision, budgeting, and safety compliance are essential. The role requires coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or related field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Vocational or technical training in a related field preferred.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities management, fleet operations, construction project management, transportation services, or related field.
• Three+ years of staff supervision or management experience.
• Experience managing capital projects, budgets, preventive maintenance programs, fleet safety, and regulatory compliance preferred.
• Working knowledge of building trades, vehicle and heavy-equipment operations, workplace safety, and maintenance planning.
• Competency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based maintenance, fleet, reporting, or business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus maintenance, fleet services, and transportation operations.
• Direct preventive and corrective maintenance across facilities and equipment.
• Oversee capital projects from planning to warranty management.
• Manage contractors, architects, engineers to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards.
• Coordinate project scheduling, utility interruptions, and transportation impacts to minimize disruption.
• Oversee fleet operations, including dispatch, scheduling, inspections, and repairs.
• Manage maintenance requests, inventory, records, and asset management; train and supervise staff.
