The Cypress of Charlotte in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage/Culinary Services to lead premier dining and hospitality across all member settings. This hands-on role combines culinary excellence with strong team leadership to deliver restaurant-quality dining and memorable guest experiences.

You will develop menus, manage budgets and staff, ensure food safety and service standards, and collaborate with community leaders to support member satisfaction and occupancy goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive F&B leadership in hospitality settings.
• 3+ years managing culinary and dining service operations.
• Strong knowledge of menu development and kitchen operations.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and purchasing.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop culinary and dining service teams with a culture of excellence.
• Develop creative menus meeting member preferences and dietary requirements.
• Oversee food preparation, production, presentation, and service across venues.
• Maintain service standards for greeting, accuracy, timing, and recovery.
• Train team on menu knowledge and hospitality expectations.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, inventory, and purchasing to meet goals.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with members and gather feedback to improve dining.
