Atrium SPIRIT is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage for Normal Marriott in Normal, IL to lead all F&B operations and banquet services. This role requires 5+ years of leadership experience in a hotel environment and a proven track record in decision making and staff development.

You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and implement training programs while ensuring compliance with safety standards and brand expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience leading operations within Food & Beverage and Banquets.
• Must have ServSafe and TIPS Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Flexible with respect to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead all F&B operations for the hotel and banquets.
• Make key business decisions regarding F&B operations.
• Develop and mentor managers and staff through training and coaching.
