Atrium Hospitality is hiring for a Banquet Manager at the Stamford DoubleTree, located at First Stamford Place, Stamford, CT 06902. This full-time role offers a compensation range of $75,000–$90,000 with pay determined by experience and location. Join a team focused on guest service excellence and career growth.

You will lead banquet operations, collaborate with sales, culinary, and events teams, manage budgets, and ensure a safe, high-energy environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Minimum 1 year banquet food service and 6 months in supervisory role.
• Willing to obtain food and alcohol certifications within 90 days.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and stand during shift.

What We Are Looking For:

• Customer service experience—because happy guests are the heart of hospitality.
• At least 1 year of banquet food service experience and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role—we need someone who’s seen a plated dinner or two.
• Leadership potential or experience—you're not afraid to guide a team and step in where needed.
• Food and alcohol certifications (or willingness to complete in 90 days)—because safety is always in style.
• Physical stamina—this role includes lifting, bending, walking, and standing during your entire shift.
